これは面白い変化球だな。 公明党は賛成に回るだろうから数的には参院でも承認されそうだが、国会承認の手順を踏むのは民主党の保守派（特に本件で露出しまくってる松原仁とか）には良い踏み絵だ。
これで民主党保守派が賛成に回るようなら、連中は所詮売国民主の保守寄せパンダって事を証明するわけだし。
